Amber Sealy, aka Ambo Seals, is a Caribbean-American ceramist, illustrator, and educator, based out of New Jersey. Sealy grew up surrounded by art in her childhood home, naturally gravitating toward paintings or prints her parents would collect. This inspiration pushed her to pursue a BFA in Animation/Illustration from Montclair State University; and a Master’s in Illustration from the Academy of Art University.While her focus was in illustration she shifted into creating three-dimensional designs, Sealy incorporates her illustrative background as she delved into the new type of canvas. Her work has been exhibited in several markets, galleries and most recently the Museum of Geological Formations of Meteora. Outside of work Seals can be found freelancing, live sketching during her travels or playing sims.
